The Phelan - Pinon Hills area and the High Desert are great places to live and work, which is why Betty de la Rosa chose to call it home. With roots in Orange County Betty came to Phelan in June of 2014. Real estate is a passion for Betty, and with her background in Customer Service, it is easy to see why more than 15 families in 2021 called Betty for help buying and selling.
